With my background in pranayama, kriya, meditation, mantra, and ritual, I can offer personalized practices to suit your individual needs and intentions. We can work together to discover what tools from the wide variety available through the practices of yoga would best suit you at this time in your life. This may include specific pranayama and kriya practices to work on the subtle level, asana practices to support the body where it is at, specific meditation practices, mantra and/or sacred ritual. If you are open to the idea, we can design a sadhana (daily practice) for you to continue on your own, although this is not required. I am also able to initiate practitioners into the technique of daily meditation used in Sattva Yoga - a simple yet powerful meditation with your own personal mantra.
In person private sessions are at Blosm Studio and are $100-150 (sliding scale, depending on what you are able to contribute) for an hour session.
Zoom sessions are also an option.
